Wooden Oars

Wooden Oars are a combination of varnished wooden shaft, with turned 120 x 34mm handgrip, coupled with a durable moulded polypropylene blade. The 170mm wide blade has a slightly concave face for improved rowing efficiency. The shafts are turned to 41mm however, due to timber’s natural movement with moisture, this diameter can vary up to 1mm.

To calculate the length of oars required, take half of the beam and multiply by 3 and add 6 inches.
