Satellite Navigation

Sometimes referred to as Sat Nav is the use of the global satellite system to provide geo-spatial positioning information. Satellite Navigation allows recievers positioned in electornic devices Aboard vessels to determine their location; Latitude, longitute (and altitude), to within a few meters using time signals transmitted using radio frequencies from satallites.
