Hi, I have been fishing for a few years and stupidly somehow had never came across CH Marine. Recently my Hummingbird 947c 3D Combo chart and sounder, just stopped working. After lots of frustration not having my needs met by others and the confusion around what I should get next... let's just say I was not being looked after. I then rang CH Marine WOW!!!! It was like a light was switched on. Volkan the person who answered the phone, spent a lot of time answering my many questions regarding what I needed in a new sounder. Well I had my mind made up on a particular brand. Volkan recommend a couple of other items, his knowledge like every staff member was fantastic. I ended up purchasing a new Axiom 9 with light house 3 technology with real time 3D. On top of this, one of the managers ANDREW installed the unit. It was quick and very neat. The system suits me fine. It's helped me find more fish than ever. I looked at other brands and retailers however. I found that across a wide range of things that CH could not be beat on service and price. The service from Volkan, Andrew and now Joe is beyond anything I have received anywhere else. They now have a New ambassador, so much so that I'm about to buy new seat sliders from CH. Additionally, so taken was I about their service I sent an email to the head office of Axiom in the USA and the distributor in NSW to let them know I purchased their unit and was so pleased with their product and that CH Marine were expert in their knowledge of theirs and other systems. I urge anyone reading this to take the my word and only shop and support C H Marine. Thanks guys for everything I could not be happier. Regards and best wishes Don Carroll
