Hi, I have been fishing for a few years and stupidly somehow had never came across CH Marine. Recently my Hummingbird 947c 3D Combo chart and sounder, just stopped working. After lots of frustration not having my needs met by others and the confusion around what I should get next... let's just say I was not being looked after. I then rang CH Marine WOW!!!! It was like a light was switched on. Volkan the person who answered the phone, spent a lot of time answering my many questions regarding what I needed in a new sounder. Well I had my mind made up on a particular brand. Volkan recommend a couple of other items, his knowledge like every staff member was fantastic. I ended up purchasing a new Axiom 9 with light house 3 technology with real time 3D. On top of this, one of the managers ANDREW installed the unit. It was quick and very neat. The system suits me fine. It's helped me find more fish than ever. I looked at other brands and retailers however. I found that across a wide range of things that CH could not be beat on service and price. The service from Volkan, Andrew and now Joe is beyond anything I have received anywhere else. They now have a New ambassador, so much so that I'm about to buy new seat sliders from CH. Additionally, so taken was I about their service I sent an email to the head office of Axiom in the USA and the distributor in NSW to let them know I purchased their unit and was so pleased with their product and that CH Marine were expert in their knowledge of theirs and other systems. I urge anyone reading this to take the my word and only shop and support C H Marine. Thanks guys for everything I could not be happier. Regards and best wishes Don Carroll

Early October I ordered some paddle wheels for our Navman speed transducer. Since Navman isn't existing anymore I was very happy that C.H. Smith Marine could still supply us wtih replacement parts. Last week we received the parts and they fit perfectly. Best regards from a happy customer from the other side of the world :)

Ordered a GPS cable on Thursday 11am, and collected it at my local rural Post Office at 9am Friday. Amazing - Express Post is not available here but can't get any better than that!

Thank you for your email. Your product was well priced HOWEVER, once the freight was added not so. The fact that there was no indication of the cost of freight upfront may deter me from purchasing from you in the future - a shame as many of your products appear to be excellent. The way you charge out freight costs leaves people feeling that there is something to hide..... not good!!!! Regards James

Thanks for your feed back - critical feed back is the most valuable feedback for us as it enables us to review how to lift our game. So thanks again.

Non calculation of freight affects 14% of our on line orders, so to put it another way - 86% of the time we can live up to your reasonable expectation and have the freight calculated at the checkout.
Orders with a cumulative value over $500 are shipped freight free. There are exceptions and we think this is made clear during the checkout process.

Many of the exceptions are because of the over dimensional nature of the items - too long/wide, too heavy, remote area, low value/large volume etc. When a product fits into this category we make it a quotable freight item. Our view is that the actual freight cost should be quoted, giving our customer the chance to opt in or out.

You can experiment by adding different items into your cart and letting it self assess simply by adding your post code and state. Certainly not trying to hide anything. Interested to hear any further comments. Thanks again for your feedback!

The little chart card arrived today. I was initially a little worried with the size of the SD card, but the mini SD card fitted straight into the unit and at the first opportunity I'll pull the boat out and am looking forward to a new function with all the info that it will provide. Please thank Rod for me, as it was great to deal with people who know what they're doing and run their business accordingly.
