I received my Pacific Ariels 2.5 VHF & Matching AM/FM + Stainless fold down bases today ! Wow ! What Absolute Beautiful Quality ! I Always try to buy Quality for Price , However ! These are Way Past My Expectations ! So Happy I waited for the BLACK ! Also , that I was going to source originally from NZ As I could not get in Australia , to match my Boats Black Hardtop ! . Simrad RS20S Also looks to be of Excellent quality ! Quite a bit more cost than the GME’s etc of the World BUT Again Quality in the Simrad ! & Worth the Extra $ Like my NSS 12 . I may need a lead for connection to my Nmea 2000 to my Simrad NSS Evo 12 / to [email protected] And will let you know I need to check what leads I have with my Ts . I will also require some new Saftey gear , Epirbs etc and other gear , I will let you know what I require . Thank you again for the Excellent Fast Service ! Pity I did not buy from you earlier ! I have been buying gear over last 14 months for the Full Refit ! Rewire , Respray , new stainless ,new Marine Fab Glass , winches , pretty much New -Everything ! I have done + new Twin 4 strokes to upgrade my twin Vmax 200HPDI 2 strokes . But overall worth it with the end result , A Very Tough , Offshore , Long range , Fibreglass Cruiser , @ ¼ the cost of a new one , that would not be as well made ! or as strong ! or as well fitted out ! Mostly Good service & quality ,from others online but often slow ! to supply from most , with the Exception from the “ Arnolds “ BS ! who sent me some absolute rubbish ! poorly packed and slow as to supply ! then threatened me ! with violence ! .............lol when I complained ! Pretty Limited here in Port Lincoln SA .with only 1x Boat Supplies so have had too buy a lot online !

The correct goods arrived wirhin 48 hours to country south australia .both staff that i spoke with were fantastic.couldn t do more .10 out of 10 .dont get that type of service very often in s.a .thanks again mike callander

Went into the shop today had a problem with my Lowrance HDS7. Spoke with Andrew and one other guy whose name I didn't get, all were exceptional in customer service. Had the problem fixed in a half and hour and I have just reinstalled the unit. If only all businesses had the same attitude and expertise.
