Shane hass kindly donated his 1984 Lowrance Eagle Mach 1 Fishfinder (its in beautiful condition) to our Marine Electronics museum.

He says he'd still been using it right up until before he upgraded to a Lowrance HDS12 Gen3. It just goes to show, Lowrance is a lifelong journey!

The Eagle has seen him through many a fishing trip – with plenty of beauties caught out in the bay and a great marlin at Bermagui.

For the technically minded, it boasted a 4" paper display, 200w Output Power, 192khz Frequency and 12 ranges starting from 0-10' 0-20' 0-40' etc.

Maybe yours is not quite as old as Shane's? But maybe it's time now for an upgrade!
