Lowrance Certified Dealer Advantage Program

CH Smith Marine have qualified as a certified dealer, in the Lowrance Certified Dealer Advantage Program. This program allows for more comprehensive servicing and replacement of Lowrance parts and products for customers.

The Lowrance Advantage Service program has three features, the 5-Year Advantage, OnBoard Advantage, and 24 Swap Advantage program.

The 5-Year Advantage program allows for easier service swaps, along with upgrades for defective products. The comprehensive support includes upgrade options to the most Current products, in the case of a defective device, within it's 5 year warranty period. Navico is the only company offering an upgrade program, as opposed to simply replacing the Current product.

The OnBoard Advantage program which is to be released later this year, allows a service Aboard your Boat, performed by a certified servicer, for the first two years of your warranty. The OnBoard Advantage program requires that any new installations must be approved by a certified dealer. This offers piece of mind in knowing that qualified experts have checked and certified your installation. Upon qualifying for the support program, if there are any faults or defects in your unit, they can be replaced through the Advance Replacement System.

The 24 Swap Advantage, allows for an advanced replacement to be shipped within one business day, for a qualifying defective product, depending on the availability of stock.

A few points to note, are that just because a unit has exceeded its 'useful life', does not mean it will stop working. What it does mean, is that the factory will not offer any rebate for a replacement. To be eligible for the Lowrance Advantage Service Program, owners are required to provide a proof of purchase when claiming. All units sold by C.H. Smith Marine are serial numbered, and therefore proof of purchase can be easily verified and reprinted when necessary, simply by quoting the serial number.

All of these customer advantages enhance the usability of Lowrance products, whilst also offering more access and information for us, the dealer, to provide a more comprehensive and informed service to you.
