Hammar H20 Hydrostatic Release for Small Rafts

Hammar H20 Hydrostatic Release for Small Rafts from 4-12 persons and outside Solas regulations.

• Consists of a double looped Rope Line with a release mechanism and a Red Weak Link with green lower thimble (breaking strenght 1,2 +/- 0,4 kN)
• White Rope is secured to Deck or lifecraft cradle and attached tot he lashing with a sliphook
• If the Ship sinks the water pressure will activate a sharp knife that cuts teh white Rope and the lifecraft will float free.
• The lifecraft painter Line will be stretched and the lifecraft will start to inflate.
• The Red Weak Link breaks and survivors can board the floating lifecraft
• Need no annual servicing or spare parts, but must be replaced after 2 years use on a ship
