Teleflex Xtreme Steering System

Teleflex Xtreme Steering System is designed to provide a new level of smooth, effortless handling with precision control. This steering system is ideal for a wide Range of outboard powered boats and hills with large surface areas.

The Xtreme Steering Helm features a highly efficient Gear train with improved No Feedback clutch function that minimises the effects of engine Torque. Requiring only five turns lock to lock the new NFB clutch design allows for smoother clutch release which results in seamless steering in both directions at all engine speeds.

Xtreme Steering Cable features splined ridges on the Inner Liner for minimal contact between the liner and core, allowing the core to glide easily and freely. This offers minimal lost motion and smoother, easier steering. The resulting reduction in cable friction improves performance, provides precision control and allows the entire steering system to run smoother for longer.
