ETrex Legend & Vista GPS (DISCONTINUED)

The eTrex family has grown and is now available in three models: eTrex,  Legend and Vista. They have all the features of the standard model plus:

eTrex Legend Special Features

• High resolution LCD display - 160 x 288 pixels.
• 1000 way points, 10,000 track points.
• Built-in basic digital map of main and secondary roads,rivers and streams.
• 8mb of programmable memory for Mapsource Data downloads. (CD Rom not included).
• 20 Reversible Routes of up to 125 waypoints per route.
• Area calculation feature calculates the size of an area that has been circumnavigated. Ideal for measuring areas of fields, bodies of water etc.
• PC interface cable included.
• Battery Life: up to 18 hours using 2 AA Batteries.
  
  eTrex Vista Additional Features
• 24mb of programmable memory for points of interest (needs Mapsource Metroguide option).
• Electronic Flux gate Compass - 1 degree resolution.
• Elevation Computer: Current elevation, resetable minimum and maximum elevation, ascent/descent rate, total ascent/decent, average and maximum ascent/descent rate.
• local pressure and 12 hour pressure trend recording
• Range: -2,000 to 30,000 feet.
• PC interface cable included.
• Battery Life: up to 12 hours, using 2 AA Batteries.
