Baystar Side Mount Outboard Steering has been developed by TeleflexMarine to suit most single outboard driven vessels up to 150HP *. For applications that exceed BayStar Plus’s HP rating please purchase a SeaStar products.

Three easy steps to order your BayStar Steering kit:

1. Check helm dimensions:
Front Mount Hydraulic Helm

• Used with both front and side mount cylinders
• Easily installed to your existing console to create a professional finish
• Easy front of console filling point for hydraulic oil
• Simple purging process

2. Check cylinder dimensions:
Front Mount Cylinder • This compact unit fits narrow splashwells with only 534mm width required • The steering cylinder is protected in the splashwell • One common cylinder fits most outboards to 150HP • Fits to outboard tilt tube

3. Splashwell:
Is there enough room in the splashwell for full engine tilt? Check your dimensions and ensure that they are the same or more than what is listed.
