The Abu Garcia Revo SX Baitcast Reel features an aluminium frame and side cover, Duragear brass gears, oversized main gear, carbon matrix drag system, 10 + 1 fully sealed stainless bearings with the added refinement of a magnetic cast control and micro click star drag. The Abu Garcia Revo SX Baitcast Reel has HPCR (high performance corrosion resistant) bearings, which are manufactured in Germany to the highest standards. Rather than just coating them with a rust resistant solution, these bearings are actually fabricated from a high quality rust resistant material. This simply means that they run smoother, handle higher RPM, have extremely high tolerances and will perform under the toughest of conditions.
