Lowrance have released their updated Elite 5 models, now with >Hybrid Dual Imaging.

Available in 3 models Elite-5 >HDI Fishfinder/Chartplotter, Elite-5x >HDI Fishfinder and Elite 5m HD Chartplotter. These replace Elite 5xDSI, Elite5x, Elite 5 combo, Elite 5DI combo &  the Elite5m.

The >Hybrid Dual Imaging allows two award winning technologies to work together, bringing >Broadband Sounder and DownScan Imaging into the same screen.

Broadband sounder is used for tracking Fish arches and lure action, while Downscanning paints picture-like views of structure and bottom detail. You are also given the ability to lay the DownScan over the >Broadband sounder for a single view which separates and clearly exposes Fish targets from surrounding structures. Alternatively you can choose from eight multi-window display options to see up to three panels in split screen mode.

The Elite 5HDI brings this great technology which was previously only found in the high end units, into a smaller screen, making it more affordable and suitable for a larger Range of vessels.
